Strategic Planning & Assessment
Anna facilitates strategic planning processes and advises organizations on how diverse organizational constituencies can operationalize institution-wide plans in equitable and inclusive ways. She designs targeted assessments so that clients can drill down the culture change that happens as a result of their values-aligned work.
Accreditation Support
Anna helps colleges demonstrate student-centered organizational resilience in compliance with their accreditation standards. She engages with college-wide teams to build systems and processes that represent their core purpose, values, and priorities.
Facilitation
Anna regularly facilitates convenings and retreats for boards, staff, faculty, and grantees to align their mission and values with what they prioritize for action and assessment.
Education Program Design
Anna has designed hundreds of philanthropy educational offerings, from two-hour learning sessions to year-long programs that help grant makers grow as professionals.
